Japan Stigmatized Property 3 Achievement List
Theme map for all 32 Steam achievements—regular, special allowance, and co-op—without spoiling unstable percentages.
How to read this list
Steam shows 32 achievements for Japan Stigmatized Property 3. Community sites mirror titles that describe successful shifts, special allowance shifts, co-op shifts, and “reported all anomalies” variants. Unlock percentages move during the first weeks after the August 2026 launch, so this page describes themes and gates, not invented rarity numbers. Always trust the Steam client overlay for your live progress.
Use this list with the Completion Route when you are ready to grind efficiently.
Property backdrop
Badges repeatedly name the same four sites:
- Sugiya Ryokan — cluttered inn layouts that punish lazy baselines.
- Blue House — event-venue corridors with easy-to-miss silhouette plays.
- Kannonzaki Park — outdoor fortress / park feeds with distance tricks.
- Y Residence — cult-linked interiors that reward slow re-checks.
Hub overview: Properties. Individual habits live on each property page.
Official Steam title themes (launch)
Steam highlights and community mirrors use job-title language. Names below are themes you will see in the overlay—always trust the live client if wording shifts:
- Inspector tier — successful regular (Normal) shifts per property (Ryokan / Private House / Park / Y Residence) plus all-properties clear (JSP Chief Inspector style finishers)
- Assistant Manager tier — special allowance / Hazard Pay clears per property and across the board (JSP Manager style)
- General Manager language — report-all anomalies on regular shifts
- Special allowance report-alls — report-all on Hazard Pay tracks
- Senior Executive Director language — successful co-op shifts per property and all-properties
- Co-op report-alls — encyclopedia clears during co-op
- Grand completion — reported all anomalies across regular, special allowance, and co-op for every property
Highlighted Steam names observed around launch include Ryokan Inspector, Private House Inspector, Park Inspector, Y Residence Inspector, JSP Chief Inspector, Ryokan Assistant Manager, Private House Assistant Manager, Park Assistant Manager, Y Residence Assistant Manager, and JSP Manager. Co-op and report-all titles continue the same corporate ladder metaphor.
Theme block A — Regular shift clears
Expect one badge per property for successfully completing a regular (Normal) shift from 00:00 to 05:00, plus a finisher for clearing regular shifts at all properties. These are the onboarding trophies. They teach fail rules: do not leave four anomalies active, and do not burn five false reports. Refresh How to Play if you are still dropping nights to panic clicks.
Theme block B — Special allowance clears
Mirror structure under Hazard Pay / special allowance (特別手当): per-property success badges and an all-properties finisher. Some lists also celebrate completing both regular and special allowance across the board. Hazard Pay raises spawn pressure and cuts the false-report budget to three. Read Hazard Pay and keep False Reports open while learning the tighter limit.
Theme block C — Regular report-alls
“Reported all anomalies during regular shifts” badges exist per property and as an all-properties set. These are encyclopedia-style clears: you are not only surviving until 05:00, you are filling the association’s anomaly ledger for that case file. They take multiple nights because anomalies randomize. Use the Shift Checklist to keep NV toggles and full A/D rotations honest while you hunt missing entries.
Theme block D — Special allowance report-alls
The same report-all idea returns on Hazard Pay: per property, then all properties. Expect denser noise and less forgiveness for guessing. Many officers clear Normal report-alls first so they recognize silhouettes before the hard ledger.
Theme block E — Co-op shift clears
Titles in the vein of senior executive / director language mark successful co-op shifts per property, plus an all-properties co-op clear. Online co-op is two officers, room ID + password, PC↔mobile cross-play. Thermal becomes available. These badges are co-op-gated by definition—solo play cannot substitute. Setup: How to Co-op, Cross-play, Thermal Camera.
Early Mixed reviews call out room-code UX friction. Treat lobby time as part of the achievement cost, not as optional chrome.
Theme block F — Co-op report-alls
Per-property and all-properties badges for reporting every anomaly during co-op shifts. Thermal helps some finds; it does not auto-complete the ledger. Partners should split callouts so two people do not false-report the same uncertain pixel.
Theme block G — Grand completion
Top-tier badges celebrate reporting all anomalies across regular, special allowance, and co-op for every property. This is the true 100% gate. If a friend only wants “story clears,” they can stop after block A. If you want the board, schedule co-op nights before you burn out on solo Hazard Pay.
What we will not invent
- Exact Steam unlock percentages that change daily.
- Secret missable flags that are not shown in achievement text.
- Claims that JSP1 or JSP2 achievements transfer—they do not; properties differ.
Practical tips while scanning the overlay
- Sort by locked / unlocked in Steam to see which track you abandoned.
- Screenshot Japanese titles if English localization looks clipped; compare against property names you know.
- Do not chase report-alls on a property whose Normal clear still fails—stabilize first.
- Watch for A/D input weirdness during long sessions; bad rotations create false reports that wipe progress nights. See Controls.
Mature content reminder
Achievement hunting means more hours with jump scares and blood presentation. The Steam mature disclosure applies the whole time—take breaks between Hazard Pay encyclopedia runs.
Link this list to a plan
Themes without order waste weekends. Move to the Completion Route next, and keep the Achievements Hub bookmarked when you need the high-level pitch for a co-op partner. The list is large, but it is orderly: survive, survive harder, catalog, then catalog together.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Japan Stigmatized Property 3 shifts.
Do you list exact unlock percentages?
No. Early percentages shift quickly after launch. This page maps themes and co-op gates instead of inventing rarity numbers.
Which achievements require co-op?
Co-op shift clears, co-op report-alls, and the grand all-track finishers that include co-op. Solo play cannot replace those badges.
What does a report-all achievement mean?
It means filling the anomaly ledger for that property and difficulty or co-op track, not merely surviving until 05:00 once.
Are Hazard Pay achievements separate from Normal ones?
Yes. Special allowance clears and report-alls form their own track alongside regular and co-op sets.
